About me
Hi 👋, I'm Ivan and I specialise in Sports Rehabilitation in Huddersfield and the surrounding areas.
I have a BSc Honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Hull where I spent over 500 hours in clinics and pitch side learning effective sports rehabilitation.
I'm fully insured and a member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators (BASRaT). I hold certificates in emergency first aid and child safeguarding as well as an enhanced DBS check.
Rehabilitation
Everyone is different and everyone's treatment is different. Before providing treatment, I assess each patient and get a clear understanding of the problems they are experiencing.
I can then devise a personalised treatment plan with may include:
- massage
- excercise
- a combination of both
